Installation manual:The phone must be unsigned.
1 - if the current skin is a complete skin, uninstall it (settings / remove programs)
2 - choose a skin that does not use the HTC plugin
3 - reboot the phone
4 - plug the phone to the PC
5 - unzip the "HTC_Aero_Ultimate_png.zip" file on the PC
6 - copy the .png files contained in the ZIP to the windows directory of the phone
7 - copy the "HTC_Aero_Ultimate.CAB" file to the memory card of the phone
8 - execute "HTC_Aero_Ultimate.CAB" on the phone
9 - in "settings \ home screen \ color scheme", choose "DjOuBhAa Barres Noires"
10 - reboot the phone
