homescreen are either in .hme or .cab format. To install, paste the file in IPSM (or Storage)\Windows\Start Menu\Accessories (via Active Sync). On your phone, click Programs > Accessories, select and click the cab file to install the homescreen. Select Phone as destination unless specified that can be installed in Storage Card.
